  If you're not sure what ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI would bring to the table...you're not alone!
  
  The place is nicely done and the menu items are pretty diverse.  They do a good job of disclosing the policy for the all you can eat options.
  
  Without fail there will be a group of people who ordered the whole menu and are upset at the bill for the uneaten food.  ...even though its clearly disclosed on the menu in multiple places.
  
  The service can be slow at times but it all depends on how many people are in the restaurant.  If there's a table that is upset about the policy they will monopolize the wait staff until they pay.

  If you're all about quantity over quality, Tokyo is your spot for all you can eat sushi.  Lunch and late night happy hour (9-10pm) are around ~$14 per person... not a bad deal for all you can eat! Note that the menu's are slightly changed during these times, so make it CLEAR you're there for lunch/late night so you're charged correctly.
  
  Service is hit or a miss, I've had both great experiences, but also not so great ones.  I highly recommend the gyoza and miso soup (for non-sushi). For sushi, stick to the nigiri for the best quality. They tend to use a lot of rice for both the nigiri and rolls, so be warned.

  We went there for an unlimited sushi experienced, during weekdays it's $13 but weekends it's $23ish, the restaurant smells bad it's not refreshing, the atmosphere too gloomy and the entrance counter is a bit messy. The foods are not fresh and they don't taste as good as it's supposed too. I got grilled chicken,Japanese seaweed salad, calamari, udon fresh seafood vegetables as an appetizer. Unfortunately, the supposed to be grilled chicken looks like a fried chicken it's hard to chew and goey, the Japanese seaweed salad is good, the calamari is super overcooked like you can't bite to eat because it's hard as stones and what's worse is it filled with crumbs or flour that you can't even see or taste the squid. The udon on the other hand taste good except that I didn't see fresh seafood vegetables there. The main highlight was the sushi that's much disappointing coz it's not fresh and it doesn't look you know presentable, for me it looks sad.
  The only good thing there I think was the server he's polite and kind to assist us and also their free ice cream it taste really great!!
  
  Please mind what you order coz any waste will be an additional charges to you.

  We came here for the happy hour dinner and it says kids 5-10 and adults will be charged for the all you can eat. My husband didn't want all you can eat so he ordered separate rolls for himself and to share with my 3 (almost 4 year old) and I did the all you can eat.
  
  Well when my miso soup came out my daughter wanted a couple sips, so I let her. And I gave her TWO pieces of my California roll. Let me remind you, she's not 5, and that's the age they start charging for all you can eat.
  
  When we got our bill, I looked at it and they charged me for 2 All you can eats ($13 each!). I questioned the waiter about it and he said "Oh yeah the owner said to add it for the child." I said, she's not even 5 and she only ate TWO pieces of my California roll. And he said "Oh she's not 5? Let me see what I can do."
  
  He went back to the owner and they literally started arguing in a different language for like 5 minutes!!! And came back with 1 of the all you can eats removed. I offered to pay for the California roll separate since it was a big deal and he declined.
  
  My point is that is so unprofessional to just assume my daughter is 5 or older and you can charge me full price for an all you can eat without even making aware. If I knew it was going to be a big deal I would have ordered her a roll for herself, even though it would have been too much for her to eat by herself anyways.
  
  Will not be returning.

  This is a restaurant with reasonably priced food, excellent service and friendly staff. The all you can eat is cheaper than their dinner items. They have more than sushi on the menu.
